Service terms
For new Curiosive engagements. We agree scope, capacity and a start date in writing before providing checkout. Your written scope defines deliverables and acceptance criteria.
AI Launch Audit — $500 once
One codebase, up to four hours of technical review, a prioritized launch plan and a one-hour review call. Implementation is separate.
AI Engineering Partner — $1,500/month
Up to 20 hours per monthly billing period, one prioritized work queue and monthly usage reporting, with founder-led accountability. Unused hours do not roll over. Extra work requires approval; this is limited engineering capacity, not unlimited delivery.
Scoped builds
Landing pages start at $2,000, MVPs at $5,000 and full apps at $10,000. These are quote-only starting prices. Final scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria, schedule and payment milestones are agreed in writing before payment.
Checkout and delivery
Scope, capacity and start date must be confirmed before checkout. Payment does not expand the agreed scope or promise immediate availability. Delivery is reviewed against the written acceptance criteria.
Renewal and cancellation
The Engineering Partner renews monthly until cancelled. Email hello@curiosive.com before your next renewal to cancel at the end of the current paid billing period. Include your billing email and request cancellation. No further renewal is due after cancellation takes effect.
Refunds
A full refund is available before work starts. After audit work starts, refunds cover undelivered work. Once work in a retainer billing period starts, there are no prorated refunds for that current month. Mandatory rights and remedies for failure to deliver remain applicable.
