Café Loyalty and Local Campaign Apps for Salt Lake City Teams

Updated

A returning café guest needs to know which offer applies at the branch they have selected, before reaching the counter. The operating team needs to preview the same offer, keep its active period clear and retire it when the campaign ends. We help café operators scope that offer-discovery and publishing journey around an existing or separately agreed loyalty program.

Our Coffict case, recorded in Türkiye, describes a React Native app combining order-ahead, loyalty cards and local café campaigns, with Next.js in the web stack. It gives us a concrete mobile-product reference for discussing repeat visits and relevant offers. Curiosive uses AI to accelerate implementation under human review and works as a long-term product partner as the reward program and café operations evolve.

Make the return visit the starting point

Map what a returning guest needs to see first: the current loyalty state, an available reward or an offer relevant to the café they are visiting. Define how the app identifies the chosen branch, explains participating locations and shows the campaign terms before the guest visits. A first release can review one campaign across participating and nonparticipating branches. If the immediate need is qualifying purchase events, pending redemption and staff corrections, review that separate integration scope before choosing campaign screens.

Relevant work: Coffict's loyalty and local campaigns

The published Coffict case covers Gel-Al order-ahead, rewards through loyalty cards and local café campaigns in a React Native mobile product. Next.js is part of its web stack. The case illustrates related customer tasks brought into one experience: placing an order, returning to a card and finding an offer. The project is recorded in Türkiye. It documents a mobile café product, not a grocery POS connection or measured campaign uplift. A new engagement must separately agree branch participation, campaign publishing and any reward-source integration.

Choose the campaign surface before rebuilding loyalty

First assess whether the café's existing loyalty or POS provider already supports the approved offers and branch selection. A custom mobile surface is worth scoping when a guest cannot discover the relevant campaign or staff cannot maintain its presentation in the required journey. Identify the existing record that owns reward eligibility and the information the app may display. Branch selection should not silently promise shared balances or cross-location redemption. Building reward accounting, a new POS connector or staff reconciliation is separate work to estimate, not a prerequisite assumed for every campaign app.

Keep campaigns relevant and manageable

Each offer needs an owner, an audience, participating locations and a clear active period. Decide how a guest sees an expired offer or changes the selected café. The operating team needs to preview and correct campaign information through an agreed publishing path. AI can accelerate mobile components and implementation options; engineers review eligibility behavior, repeated actions and device-specific interaction. Review a correction after publication, a change of selected branch and the campaign end date. Any preview, scheduling or publishing tools described here are proposed new scope; the Coffict case does not document those controls.

Review a campaign at two branches and after its end date

For a new engagement, bring one approved campaign, two participating-branch examples, its active period and the publishing owner. Proposed acceptance examples: changing the selected café shows the applicable offer; a nonparticipating branch does not imply eligibility; a draft stays out of the guest view; and an ended or corrected campaign has the approved explanation for a returning guest. Review the staff preview and guest view together. Existing reward earning and redemption rules remain dependencies to assess, rather than a second accounting scope. These are proposed campaign checks, not claims about historical Coffict publishing controls, location-sharing rules or POS integrations.

A product partner for the program's next iteration

Guest questions and staff feedback reveal where a loyalty program needs clearer rules or better tools. We work with your team on a shared backlog and reviewed releases, connecting those findings to the next improvement. Monthly AI-accelerated development starts from $2,000, with capacity, operating responsibilities and support coverage agreed in writing. Curiosive LLC collaborates remotely with Salt Lake City teams through agreed Mountain-time review windows, with engineering led from Ankara. The ongoing partnership keeps the mobile experience aligned with the people running the program.

Questions

The things people ask before starting.

Can you build a café loyalty app for a Salt Lake City business?

Yes. Bring an approved campaign, participating branches, the publishing owner and the existing loyalty provider. We can scope offer discovery and staff publishing before deciding whether reward-source integration is also needed.

What does Coffict demonstrate?

Its published case covers mobile order-ahead, loyalty cards and local café campaigns using React Native, with Next.js in the web stack. It is a Türkiye-recorded delivery reference for a separate Salt Lake City engagement.

Can rewards work across several café locations?

Branch-specific offer discovery and shared reward balances are different requirements. We first define which campaign appears at each branch. Shared earning or redemption needs separate approval and an assessed reward source; it is not established by the Coffict case.

Can you stay involved as the loyalty program changes?

Yes. A continuing engagement can prioritize guest feedback, campaign operations and staff workflow improvements through a shared backlog, with capacity and release responsibilities agreed in writing.

How it starts

What happens after you write to us.

  1. 01

    You describe the product

One paragraph on what you are building, roughly when you need it, and who it is for. No brief, no form with fifteen fields.

  2. 02

You get a reply within a day

From the engineer who would do the work, not a sales team. If we are not the right fit we say so, and where possible we point you somewhere better.

  3. 03

    You get a scoped plan

Scope, price and timeline in writing before anything is committed. You decide with the numbers in front of you.

No long contract to begin, no lock-in to our tooling, and the code is yours from the first commit.

Looking for an engineering partner for the long haul?

A short note about the product, the timeline and who it is for is enough to start. You will hear back from the engineer who would do the work, not a sales team.
