Church Communication Extension Development for Atlanta Teams

Church staff may keep their people lists in one platform and handle follow-up in another. A browser integration can bring the communication task into the page where the staff member is already working. We help Atlanta church-software teams design that connection around the actual list, account and background workflow.

Our US PastorsLine project covers React extensions for Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge and Opera. Its published scope brings texting actions into existing websites, including people lists in Planning Center and Pushpay/CCB. Curiosive uses that delivery experience to frame a new integration, with AI-accelerated engineering and a long-term partnership for the releases and host-site changes that follow.

Start with the staff task inside the existing system

Choose one supported host site and observe how staff identify the people they intend to contact. Decide whether the extension works from an individual phone number, a group, a saved search or another list. Make the selected context understandable before an action begins. Keep a clear boundary between the host system's records and the communication platform's account. The first increment should complete one supported staff task rather than require a replacement of the church's management system.

Relevant work: PastorsLine across five browsers

The published PastorsLine scope covers React extensions for Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge and Opera. It describes texting a phone number from a website and sending group texts from Planning Center and Pushpay/CCB people lists, groups, saved searches or process queues. Syncing and sending run in the background. The portfolio records PastorsLine in the United States. This establishes browser-integration delivery, while a new host site, messaging backend or Atlanta client relationship needs its own scope rather than being inferred from the example.

Keep background work visible to staff

An action can continue after the staff member changes tabs or closes a panel. Decide what status belongs to the communication platform, what the extension displays and how someone returns to a task that failed. Distinguish a queued action from a completed one, and define how repeated requests are handled. Use sample records to review the path before connecting live accounts. Assign the owner of recipient rules, account permissions and message behavior so those decisions remain with the responsible product team.

Review the same task on each supported browser

A shared React interface can reduce duplication while browser packaging and host-page behavior still need separate attention. Name the browsers and host environments included in the release, then check the same selection, action and recovery path on each. Keep permissions aligned with the supported task and document what happens when the host page changes. Agree who prepares store submissions and who owns follow-up changes. Supporting five browsers in a past project does not make every future host-site variation automatically supported.

Review one people-list communication workflow

For a new engagement, bring an authorized sample people list, the supported host site, target browsers and the communication platform's account rules. Proposed acceptance examples: staff select the intended list; the extension shows the agreed recipient context before the action; an interrupted background task has a visible recoverable state; and repeating the action follows the agreed duplicate rule. Check the complete workflow on each named browser. These are proposed checks for your integration, not additional claims about PastorsLine's historical acceptance process.

A product partner when the surrounding tools change

The extension depends on systems that evolve after your release. We work with your team on a shared backlog so host-site adjustments, support findings and new staff requirements can become reviewed increments. AI accelerates implementation; engineers remain accountable for permissions, account boundaries and release checks. Monthly AI-accelerated development starts from $2,000 with scope and capacity agreed in writing. Curiosive LLC collaborates remotely with Atlanta teams through agreed Eastern-time review windows, with engineering led from Ankara. Supported browsers and maintenance responsibilities remain explicit throughout the relationship.

Questions

The things people ask before starting.

Can you build a church communication extension for an Atlanta software team?

Yes. Begin with the supported host website, staff task, account rules and target browsers. We scope the extension and communication-platform responsibilities together around an authorized integration path.

What did you deliver for PastorsLine?

The published project covers React extensions for five browsers, with communication actions on websites and group workflows inside Planning Center and Pushpay/CCB. It is a US portfolio example without an Atlanta location claim.

Does this replace our church management system?

An extension can focus on a missing communication task inside the existing system. Replacing the underlying people records, administration or messaging backend would require a separate product scope.

Can you maintain the integration after a host website changes?

Yes. A monthly product partnership can include agreed host-site and browser maintenance. Identify the supported workflows, release owner and review capacity so the team knows how changes will be handled.

How it starts

What happens after you write to us.

  1. 01

    You describe the product

One paragraph on what you are building, roughly when you need it, and who it is for. No brief, no form with fifteen fields.

  2. 02

You get a reply within a day

From the engineer who would do the work, not a sales team. If we are not the right fit we say so, and where possible we point you somewhere better.

  3. 03

    You get a scoped plan

Scope, price and timeline in writing before anything is committed. You decide with the numbers in front of you.

No long contract to begin, no lock-in to our tooling, and the code is yours from the first commit.

Looking for an engineering partner for the long haul?

A short note about the product, the timeline and who it is for is enough to start. You will hear back from the engineer who would do the work, not a sales team.
