Live Learning Schedule Development for New Haven Teams

A learning schedule should help a member reach the intended session at the intended time. The journey also needs to explain access, a changed event and what becomes available afterward. We help New Haven, Connecticut learning-product teams connect scheduled events to live participation and the recordings library.

Our Club 2030 work combines scheduled events, an embedded Zoom live room and membership-controlled learning content. The Hebrew, right-to-left product is recorded in Israel. That delivery gives a practical reference for a separately scoped US platform. Curiosive uses AI to accelerate implementation under engineer review and stays involved as a long-term product partner as the learning program changes.

Give the session a stable identity beyond its start time

Begin with the event title, intended audience, start time, display timezone and the destination members use to open it. Decide how a recurring series differs from one session and which information changes when an organizer reschedules it. A member opening an older link should reach an agreed explanation or updated destination. Review the schedule on a compact screen with a long title and a session near a timezone boundary so the date and intended action remain understandable.

Relevant work: Club 2030's live learning membership

The Club 2030 case describes a Next.js, React, TypeScript and Supabase product with a Hebrew interface laid out right to left. It includes courses and completion tracking, a recordings library, scheduled events with an embedded Zoom live room, forums, profiles, messages and notifications. Subscription roles control access to content and sessions, supported by Supabase row-level security. The project is recorded in Israel. It establishes connected live and recorded learning surfaces; a new New Haven product would agree its own scheduling and event-change rules.

Make the join action reflect time and membership

Agree when joining is available and what appears before the session, while it is live and after it ends. Define the eligible membership roles and recheck access at the session destination. A button on the schedule alone cannot enforce that policy. Review a member whose access changes after loading the page and someone opening a stale link directly. Keep any explanation tied to a useful next action approved by the operating team, such as returning to the schedule or reviewing their membership.

Connect the completed event to its recording deliberately

A session ending does not necessarily mean its recording is ready. Define whether the event page remains available, how a pending recording is explained and which roles may open the published version. If an organizer changes or removes a recording, decide what a returning member sees. AI accelerates familiar interface and integration work; engineers review event identity, authorization and state transitions. The learning team owns scheduling, recording publication and the associated content responsibilities.

Review a scheduled session before, during and after its live window

For a new engagement, bring representative event records, member roles and the intended display timezone. Proposed acceptance examples: the schedule shows the agreed time and event identity; an eligible member reaches the intended live room; an ineligible member receives the agreed access explanation; and a rescheduled event retains a useful destination. Include a stale join link, a changed membership and a recording that is not yet published. These are proposed software checks, not claims about Club 2030's historical scheduling tests or attendance outcomes.

A product partner as the learning program evolves

Member questions reveal where time labels, join actions or recording links need improvement. We work through a shared backlog and reviewed releases so those findings shape the schedule and the wider membership product together. Monthly AI-accelerated development starts from $2,000, with capacity, supported live tools and operating responsibilities agreed in writing. Curiosive LLC collaborates remotely with New Haven teams through agreed Eastern-time review windows, with engineering led from Ankara. The relationship continues beyond publishing the first session calendar.

Questions

The things people ask before starting.

Can you develop a live learning schedule for a New Haven team?

Yes. Bring example sessions, member roles, your live tool and the intended timezone display so we can scope the schedule-to-session journey.

What does Club 2030 demonstrate?

The Israel-recorded platform includes scheduled events, an embedded Zoom live room, a recordings library and membership-controlled access within a broader learning product.

Can the same event destination handle a rescheduled session?

That can be an agreed requirement. Define the stable event identity, changed-time explanation and treatment of existing links before implementation.

Can you keep improving the learning platform after launch?

Yes. A continuing engagement can prioritize member feedback, session access and recording navigation through a shared backlog and reviewed releases.

How it starts

What happens after you write to us.

  1. 01

    You describe the product

One paragraph on what you are building, roughly when you need it, and who it is for. No brief, no form with fifteen fields.

  2. 02

You get a reply within a day

From the engineer who would do the work, not a sales team. If we are not the right fit we say so, and where possible we point you somewhere better.

  3. 03

    You get a scoped plan

Scope, price and timeline in writing before anything is committed. You decide with the numbers in front of you.

No long contract to begin, no lock-in to our tooling, and the code is yours from the first commit.
