ChurchBee: a newsletter builder inside church management systems
A Chrome extension that gives churches a drag-and-drop newsletter designer inside the church management system they already use, with flat pricing and BeeFree integration.

The product problem
Churches often send email through the tools built into their church management system. Those editors are basic, while moving to a separate email service means syncing contacts and paying more as the list grows. ChurchBee keeps the church on its existing platform and contacts, and adds a modern design tool for the newsletter itself, so staff can produce a better email without changing how they send it.
The delivered scope
ChurchBee is a Chrome extension that works inside an existing church management system. It provides a drag-and-drop newsletter designer built on a BeeFree integration. The finished design goes into the church's own email tool, and sending stays with that platform. That is why the product can offer unlimited sending at a flat price. Next.js supports the web side of the product alongside the extension.
Working inside an existing platform
Rather than replacing the system a church already relies on, the extension adds one missing capability where staff already work. Contacts and sending history stay in the original platform, and trying the product needs no migration. For a similar build, the key decision is which job the extension owns and which stays with the host system, and how content moves cleanly between the two.
