Give the venue, space and room layout distinct identities
Begin with approved space descriptions, photographs and representative layouts. Decide which details belong to the venue, which belong to an individual room and which change with the event setup. The visitor should be able to identify the configuration they are asking about. Keep layout-specific information with its approved source rather than copying one generic description across every space. Review an indoor hall and an outdoor area together before settling the catalog structure.
