Reveal Software: a full stack SaaS across web and browser
A Next.js application, browser extension and admin dashboard for personal video onboarding, supported by a shared product architecture.

The product problem
Reveal brings human video walkthroughs into SaaS onboarding. The experience spans the team creating a walkthrough, the person watching it inside another product, and administrators managing users and activity. A marketing interface alone cannot carry those workflows: the product needs application screens, browser integration and a backend that connects them.
The delivered scope
The published project comprises a monorepo with a Next.js web app, an extension that overlays walkthroughs inside a product, and an admin dashboard for users, roles and activity. The stack includes React, TypeScript, Hono, Drizzle ORM and PostgreSQL. This is full stack delivery across multiple surfaces, with a database and server layer behind the interface.
Why this is relevant to a new build
Products that extend into a browser require decisions about where each interaction lives. The web application manages the product; the extension brings a focused experience into the user's existing workflow. The project is a concrete example of building both surfaces together rather than treating the extension as an isolated demo.
What shipped
