Studio in Türkiye

Working With a Software Studio in Türkiye

Curiosive is a software studio run from Ankara, Türkiye. The company is managed here and the engineers writing the code are here, which is a smaller sentence than it sounds: there is no separate delivery office in another country and no account layer between you and the people building your product. We have been shipping production software for more than five years and have 16 live products across web, mobile, AI and browser extensions.

If you are evaluating us from London, Berlin or New York, the location on the map matters less than whether the way we work survives the distance. Most of what we build is used by people outside Türkiye. This page is about what being an Ankara studio actually changes for a client abroad, and what it does not.

01

One location, and we do not pretend otherwise

Location pages are usually the same paragraph with a city name swapped in. Ours is not. Curiosive operates from Ankara and that is the only place we operate from. We do not list branch offices in cities we have never worked from, and we do not buy local phone numbers to look nearby. The practical consequence is simple: the person you speak with on the first call is on the project, and technical decisions are made by the people who then have to live with them.

02

What actually gets built here

Zing Coach moved from Webflow to Next.js with us. MoneyCare is a privacy-first financial health platform on Next.js and Supabase. This is HCD is a community platform built on Sanity and Supabase. design.computer publishes AI-generated code through a Chrome extension backed by Cloudflare Workers. On the Turkish side, Miray Yapım is a bilingual Next.js site for a production house with series on national television. All 16 live products come from the same Ankara team, not from a rotating bench.

03

Meeting in person is possible, and rarely necessary

Teams already in Ankara sometimes want the discovery session and the final handover around a table, and we do that. Walking through an existing system together, screen by screen, can remove several rounds of written back and forth in an hour. For everyone else those same sessions run online with the same structure and the same written output. Nothing in our process assumes you can visit. Daily development is written and asynchronous either way, so decisions end up recorded rather than remembered.

04

Scope, timeline and starting prices

Every engagement opens with discovery: what you want to build, what already exists, and what has to be live by when. Our starting prices are public. Landing pages start from $2,000, MVP work from $5,000, end-to-end applications from $10,000, and continuous work runs on a retainer of $800 per month for 20 hours. Final scope and budget are put in writing after discovery. Development is AI-assisted, and every line is reviewed by a senior engineer before it reaches your repository.

Questions

The things people ask before starting.

Where is your team actually located?

Ankara, Türkiye. That is the only location we have. We do not maintain offices or delivery centres anywhere else, and we do not subcontract the build to a third party while presenting it as our own work. Whoever you talk to is on the project.

Do you only work with clients in Türkiye?

No. We work with founders and product teams worldwide, and most users of what we build are outside Türkiye. Our hours are planned to overlap with European and US time zones, so the process is identical whether you are in Ankara or Amsterdam.

Can we meet in person?

If you are in Ankara or visiting, yes, usually for discovery or handover. Everything else runs online by default, including for local clients. In-person time is useful, but it is never a requirement for working with us or a reason a project moves faster.

Which technologies do you work with?

Mainly Next.js, React, React Native and TypeScript. For data we use Supabase and PostgreSQL, Sanity for content management, and Cloudflare Workers at the edge. We also build Chrome and cross-browser extensions, and AI features typically run on OpenAI-based integrations.

Looking for an engineering partner for the long haul?

A short note about the product, the timeline and who it is for is enough to start. You will hear back from the engineer who would do the work, not a sales team.
