Dedicated development team

Hire a Dedicated Development Team You Can Actually Reach

A dedicated development team is meant to solve one problem: continuity. The same engineers, week after week, who remember why a decision was made six months ago. What is usually sold under that name is a rotating pool with a manager in front of it, which is the opposite of continuity.

We are a small studio in Ankara, Türkiye. When you engage us, you get the engineers, not a layer in front of them. Most clients start with one project and stay: several of the 25 products on this site have been under our care for years rather than months.

01

What dedicated should mean

The same people, reachable directly, who carry the context of your product in their heads. If an engineer changes, you hear it from us before it happens and there is an overlap period rather than a handover email. Continuity is the entire value of this model, so breaking it quietly would defeat the point of buying it.

02

Dedicated team, project work or staff augmentation

Project work suits a defined outcome with a clear end: a launch, a migration, an MVP. Staff augmentation suits a team that has process and just needs hands. A dedicated team suits a product that keeps evolving and needs people who remember it. Most of our long engagements are the third, and we will say so if your situation is really the first.

03

How the week runs

Written updates so nothing depends on catching someone live, one call at a fixed time, and a shared board you can read without asking. Deep work happens outside the overlap window, conversations happen inside it. You should be able to tell what happened last week without scheduling a meeting to find out.

04

Senior review is not optional

AI has made code cheap and judgement expensive. Every change is read by a senior engineer before it merges. Data models, authorization, payment paths and anything touching user data are designed by a person, because those are the parts where a plausible looking mistake becomes an incident.

05

Scaling up, and scaling back down

Retainers start at $800 per month for 20 hours and scale with what the product needs. Scaling back is a conversation rather than a penalty. A team you cannot reduce is not a partner, it is an obligation.

Questions

The things people ask before starting.

Do we get the same engineers every month?

Yes, that is the point of the model. If a change is unavoidable you hear it in advance and there is an overlap so context transfers between people rather than through a document.

Can we start small and grow?

Most engagements do. The retainer begins at 20 hours a month and expands when the roadmap justifies it. There is no long contract to begin, so growing is a decision you make with evidence rather than upfront.

How do you report progress?

Written updates plus a board you can read at any time. If you need a meeting to find out what happened, the reporting has failed.

What time zone do you work in?

Türkiye time. European teams share nearly a full working day. US East Coast teams get a real window in our late afternoon, their morning. West Coast engagements lean harder on written updates plus one fixed call.

What if we need a skill you do not have?

We tell you. Saying no to work outside our range costs us one project and saves you a bad one, so it is an easy trade.

How it starts

What happens after you write to us.

  1. 01

    You describe the product

One paragraph on what you are building, roughly when you need it, and who it is for. No brief, no form with fifteen fields.

  2. 02

You get a reply within a day

From the engineer who would do the work, not a sales team. If we are not the right fit we say so, and where possible we point you somewhere better.

  3. 03

    You get a scoped plan

Scope, price and timeline in writing before anything is committed. You decide with the numbers in front of you.

No long contract to begin, no lock-in to our tooling, and the code is yours from the first commit.

Looking for an engineering partner for the long haul?

A short note about the product, the timeline and who it is for is enough to start. You will hear back from the engineer who would do the work, not a sales team.
